National TCG. approve topic. All members agree on topic. Action plan for package determined (who will lead subject specialist/ technician etc.). Subject specialist's determine work programme. Technicians determine work programme.

SUBJECT SPECIALIST'S:

Required subject matter is identified and agreed upon, e.g. DCOL,s Generic Risk Assesment etc. All available subject matter is collected/collated. Compile draft story board/ script Send copy to technicians.

TECHNICIANS:

Proof read draft script/ story board. compile draft package. Send package to all members for review

SUBJECT SPECIALIST'S:

After review all comments/ suggestions are collated. Are changes required ?. Implement changes as agreed.

TECHNICIANS:

STAGE 4: FINAL APPROVAL

Formal meeting held or discussion takes place. CACFOA East Midlands Personnel & Training Commitee approve package. Package is forwarded to the National TCG. for validation.

STAGE 5: PUBLISH

National Training Collaboration Group give approval for package. Completed package is published to the TCG list. Provisional review date for the packages is established.

STAGE 6: REVIEW

Review date as identified above. Review subject. Any changres requied ? . Return to stage 1
